ENTRANTS 2008

Hey guys, just have a mate here whos thinking about going to commodore day with us, Hes gonna get down there around 11 - 12 ish and wants to know if we would all love cd's for our cars,
His names Scotty and he runs TopGear Photography - Featured on this and last years Gazzanats dvd, and has ...

I have noticed a lot of people with Commodores coming on the Forum that only just found out about the show. We must be missing something in the Advertising of it all.

We will have to get the heads together and work out where we are missing out on the Advertising for next year.

Just have a few questions about the show..

I would like to register a group display of 5 cars in a bunch. Is this possible? Do i have to indicate this on each individual entry form? and/ or send them in all together?

Indicate the name of your group on each entry form, you can send them in together in the same envelope with the payment.

Some confussion about lanyard entry and passenger and children entry lets clear it up now Cool

The paid entrant received a lanyard pass + entry sticker for their car
If stated on the entrants enrty form the Buddy pass option these where placed in the entrants posted envelope with out a lanyard (you can provide your own if you have one lying around)
The passenger and any buddy passes and any children under 13 will have their wrist's stamped at the gate allowing everyone in the car access to All Commodore Day # 2 and the National Motor Museum as well as providing the option of the pass out to head over the road for a look at Birdwood.

Steve what car is entered.The vp or the ve ?

I cant remember if I asked you to change to the ve as the vp was in pieces.

As the vp's nearly finished can I enter it as a display only on the day and park next to the ve with my brothers ve ute ????

I really wouldnt call All Commodore Day #2 a big show, but in years to come ?? maybe

A sponsored supplied BBQ breaky and lunch is provided for a small donation on Sunday so you can leave your BBQ at home and enjoy the day Very Happy

I will see you on Sunday, have sorted your entry with the front gate staff so all should go smoothly for you (you will both have to sign an entry form there) 2 x judged entries @ $30.00 each will get 1 passenger in each car entry to everything.
